This information gathered from the contact form on the OhioKAN website feeds the Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM), which is used by OhioKAN staff to reach out to prospective kinship and adoptive families. Information collected includes the family’s name, best method of contact, phone number, email, physical address, and how the person interested learned about the program.
A written procedure guides outreach by OhioKAN Staff to interested individuals listed in the Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM). The goal of this outreach is to ensure people move from expressing interest in OhioKAN to receiving services or obtaining the information they are seeking.
